Python scripts and notebooks

This supplementary data is a zip archive containing jupyter notebooks allowing to reproduce results and figures described in the main paper. All algorithms are implemented in the pl_grn.py script. The zip file also contains pre-computed data to save time to the user. See README file in the archive for further detail.
