Simulation results of the liquid surface from static to pattern. This 9 s Video recorded the simulation results of the formation of classical EHD instability in a stationary liquid layer. The upper part of the video represents the gas-liquid interface by the volume fraction of the liquid, while the lower part represents the charge density. The upper and lower parts of the video are synchronized in time.
