Video-rate H-CARS microscopy of 10 μm polystyrene beads in immersion oil. The OPA wavelengths are rapidly scanned in the range 780-800 nm with a 0.2 nm step at an AOPDF operating frequency of 30 Hz, and the camera integration time is set to 33 ms. The video shows the acquired CARS images when performing the following actions: (i) moving the sample in the x direction; (ii) changing the focus; (iii) blocking the pump (OPA tuning between 780 and 800 nm) beam; (iv) blocking the Stokes (1030 nm) beam; (v) changing the relative delay between the pump and Stokes beams.
