Denoising process during the reconstruction of a three- dimensional scroll wave pattern inside a bulk-shaped excitable medium with muscle fiber anisotropy. The reconstructions are performed based on observations of the dynamics on the top and bottom surfaces of the bulk (dual-surface mode), see also Figs. 6 and 7.
