A zoomed-in view of an outlet of a cardiac tube showed the tube pumping fluids. The video, taken on day 15 of culture, also captured background fluid flow, which was independent of the tube's pumping. This flow occurred because the plate had stopped for imaging, and due to inertia, the fluid continued moving even after the plate came to a stop.
