A bare pyrolytic graphite plate is shown tilting under 532 nm laser irradiation and recovering to its original tilt angle after the laser is blocked. The video is at 1x speed. The same dynamics were observed for a plate with a coverslip glued to the upper surface (not shown in this video), which was used for precise determination of the tilt angle.
