Supplement Number 1

This supplementary file includes the extracted parameters R2 and C from the results of RC circuit model fitting at 275K for different bias voltages and at -40V bias voltage for various temperatures. The file also includes a plot of the extracted R2 at different bias voltages, and the spectrum analyzer main window displaying fitting parameters, circuits, and results.
