Movies S2-S4. Movies for the Type II relaxation of DNA molecules in PEG 4000, PEG 6000, and PEG 20,000 solutions, including transitions from compact globule states to equilibrium coil states. Movies S5-S7. Movies for Type I relaxation of DNA molecules in PEG 4000, PEG 6000 and PEG 20,000 solutions. Movies S8-S10. Time-sequence images of the compacted state of DNA in PEG 4000, PEG 6000, and PEG 20,000 during Phase I of Type II relaxation. Oscillations between circular and elliptical shapes are observed for PEG 4000 and PEG 6000, whereas a stable circular conformation is maintained in PEG 20,000. Movie S15-S17.
