Further examples of diffusion-based generation of spiral wave patterns as in Supplementary Video 3

Parameter-specific generation of spiral wave pattern. The diffusion model generates a spatio-temporal spiral wave pattern. To test whether the pattern is truly parameter-specific, we loaded the first generated frame into the biophysical model, evolved the pattern over time, and compared the subsequent dynamical states to the corresponding diffusion-generated frames. With matching parameters (here D = 0.165, 𝜖 = 0.1035) the two states match (low pixel-wise difference), see also Fig. 3 and Supplementary Videos 4 and 5.
