Supplementary material

The supplementary material contains the details of samples, their preparation, the instrumentation used in this work, and plots of the dielectric constant vs. temperature, the hysteresis curve of polarization vs. electric field collected at room temperature, and RPS spectra collected as a function of temperature and AC electric field.
