Supplementary Materials

The supplementary material includes the molecular structure of VOPc, STM images of VOPc adsorption on Cu2Sb/Cu(111) with the coverage of about 0.2 ML, STM image of the VOPc membrane fabricated on Cu2Sb/Cu(111) with the coverage of about 0.7 ML, STM images obtained from the annealed VOPc monolayer fabricated on Cu2Sb/Cu(111), dI/dV spectra obtained on the annealed VOPc monolayer fabricated on Cu2Sb/Cu(111), dI/dV spectra obtained on top of the VOPc molecule adsorbed on the domain boundary of Cu2Sb/Cu(111), STM images of multilayer VOPc assembled on Ag2Sb/Ag(111) and Cu2Sb/Cu(111), and calculated energy difference (∆E) of VOPc molecule adsorbed at different sites of the Ag2Sb and Cu2Sb surfaces.
