Supplementary material with (i) detailed schematics of the experimental and cuvette setup for CO2 mass transfer measurements and RGB-based pH conversion methodology and calibration curves, (ii) comparison of interfacial CO2 concentrations derived from colourimetric indicators, and (iii) calculation of gas-liquid contact area based on microtexture geometry in P-20 and P-50 aerophilic surfaces and (iv) determination of gas velocity, Reynolds number and liquid velocity at the interface.
