The Supplementary Material provides additional data supporting this study, including a structural illustration of wurtzite GaN, depth profiles of recoil atoms generated by proton and alpha particle irradiation across various incident energies, spatial distributions of displaced atoms at different temperatures, and a summary table of penetration depth, recoil yield, and peak recoil atom density.
