The Supplementary Material contains the results of the density and hydrogen bond pro-files, angular distributions, slab radial distribution functions, frequency distributions, sur-face electrostatic potential and bulk response to the VSFG spectrum, dissected spectra from different interfacial layers, and VSFG response including contributions from HDC O-H Groups.
