Supplementary Information

The online supplementary information contains additional Figures. Firstly, there is additional detail of the data used in the study. Then the Figures highlight the effect of a number of different parameters used in the data processing and clustering workflows presented in this work. These include artificially altering the number of clusters, binarizing the diffraction pattern data, changing the min_cluster_size parameter and the threshold value for filtering features in the diffraction patterns. Finally, stability assessment of the two clustering workflows are presented.
