IM7 is adhered to CD44 receptors of U251 cells to measure CD44 expression on the cell surface. FACS analysis of U251 CD44 knockout clones A and B show no expression of CD44 (left and middle). Wild-type clone C shows CD44 expression (right). IgG2b is used as a negative control.
