Supplementary material containing the crosspolarization elements (Ψps & Δps and Ψsp & Δsp) of the experimental data in the IR and VIS-UV spectral range along with a discussion regarding the issue of determining all three dielectric tensor elements based on one sample, the dielectric functions of the substrate material, errors of the resonance frequencies, amplitudes, and broadening parameters of the B1 and B2 infrared active phonon modes, the Cauchy model-fit of the real part of the pbp-DFs and the XRD 2θ−ω scan & the rocking curve of the (004) symmetric plane.
