SUPPLEMENTARY MATERIAL for Proton Diffusion and Hydrogen/Deuterium Exchange in Amorphous Solid Water at Temperatures from 114 to 134 K

This material includes (1) a discussion on the sensitivity of the D2O decay to the thickness of the D2O band, (2) the D2O decays obtained for all values of x and T that were used to obtain k_HD in Fig. 6 and the parameters within Table I, (3) water TPD spectra and D2O decays for various initial proton coverages, (4) a sketch of the equilibrated proton distribution, and (5) details on identifying and quantifying isolated (HOD)2 from the RAIRS spectra.
