See the supplementary material for details of the parameters of the polarization ellipse and the Poincare sphere, phase distributions of the transmitted x- and y- polarized components under arbitrary axis ratios of elliptically polarized incidences, simulated results under elliptically polarized incidences with different axis ratios and azimuth angles, and electric field distributions of the transmitted x- and y- polarized components under six representative cases of polarized incidences by experiments.
