Materials and methods are provided in the Supplementary Materials. This includes the material synthesis details for InSb nanowires, FIO nanoparticles, as well as details for the SrTiO3-LaGaO3 interface sample. STEM-EELS experimental details are provided. Additional figures are also included, as well as a link to a Jupyter notebook containing the experimental data which allows to reproduce the analysis described herein.
