Dimensionless numbers defining the onset of dispersed phase flow transitions in microfluidic flow-focusing devices

This supplementary file provides additional analyses and data supporting the findings in the main text. It includes plots examining flow regime transitions in terms of literature-based scaling, followed by transitions observed at varying surfactant concentrations and for different surfactants alongside proteins. Further, it presents data on droplet size and covariance, supplemented with tables documenting transition values for different viscosity ratios from this study. Additionally, it compiles literature studies reporting transition behavior in flow-focusing devices (FFD).
