Contains VASE, FESEM, RBS, Optical band gap, and the zoomed-in resistivities of S1 and S2 to shed light on their behaviour at low temperatures. The file also contains the complete description of composition and thickness obtained by RBS and Bader charges of all atoms computed from DFT in a tabular form.
