Supplement Number 1

This supplement contains: 1) the SVL spectra in the 100-dimensional system without Duschinsky rotation, 2) parameters of the 100-dimensional harmonic system considered in Subsection III B (Figure 4), 3) derivation of the number of transitions with five quanta distributed in three modes (out of 100 vibrational degrees of freedom), 4) comparison between time-dependent and time-independent approaches, and 5) the description of the files contained in Supplement Number 2.
